Mission

It is our strong determination to provide world class orthodontic treatment in an atmosphere of care and concern for all our patients. We realize that there are many options that a patient has in selecting an orthodontic office; therefore, we must constantly strive to provide excellence to those who have entrusted their orthodontic care to us.

We believe that there is inherent good in each and every person, whether they are patients, parents or staff members. We strive to see only the best in each of these persons. Not only do we pursue excellence in treatment, but in every opportunity, we work to project a respectful, positive and caring attitude to all those with whom we interact.

Appointments

After the orthodontic appliances have been placed, the appointments are usually made at four to six week intervals and can be done in our Crestview office. However, Dr. Rigsby performs long procedures (such as bonding bands and brackets and appliance placements) only in our Pensacola office during the morning hours. This enables us to see as many patients as possible after school and work each day. Please understand there will be several long procedures required during orthodontic treatment. We will try to schedule these appointments during school or work holidays, if possible. We appreciate your cooperation with scheduling.

Fees and Insurance

Once treatment fees have been discussed, payment is due when the appliances are placed and each month thereafter, if applicable. We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies. We will assist you in finding out the benefits that may apply for your orthodontic treatment.
